Old Poem Saturday – The Secret Sits – Frost

“The Secret Sits” by Robert Frost is one of my favorite epigrams and was my introduction to epigrams, in fact. It was in an old literature anthology I found at my Grandmother’s house and I remember my seven year old self proudly deciding to memorize it and thus commit a whole poem to memory (seemed way more doable than Shakespearean sonnets)!  Photo collage (of Toots Zynsky’s blown glass sculpture Soleggiata Serena) and composition by me. Have a great weekend and holiday!
