Old Poem Saturday – Fog – Sandburg

Fog_latteartCarl Sandburg’s “Fog” has always been one of my favorites – so I couldn’t resist reposting this one. It is the poem that sits opposite a picture of my childhood cat, Frank, in a frame on my bookshelf. She (yes, she) was a little gray cat who lived to the ripe old age of 17 and this poem always reminds me of her. Digital photo collage (from a photograph of a particularly artistic cappuccino I once had) and composition by me.
