I’m pleased to present the second collage by Ms. Kerfe of the fabulous Method Two Madness blog. She is making collages inspired by a series of poems I assembled that revolve loosely around the theme of “science.” This one is based on John Hall Wheelock’s (1886-1978) quatrain “Earth.” Both the poem and collage are fantastic – enjoy!
“A planet doesn’t explode of itself,” said drily
The Martian astronomer, gazing off into the air.
“That they were able to do it is proof that highly
Intelligent beings must have been living there.”
by John Hall Wheelock (1886-1978)
